Issues and ideas

Through its various consultations, meetings, and discussions, the Panel learned about a number of issues related to the previous TFF formula and the New Framework, as well as ideas and options for how the program might be restructured and improved.

This section provides highlights of the key issues and ideas raised during consultations about TFF. Copies of the various submissions specific to TFF are included on the Panel’s website.¹⁶
